Day 3 Yay...Noooooo!
I hopped on the scale today and to my surprise I had not lost anything. I surely feel lighter though. I am starting to second guess my choice to work out. All I seem to want to do is sleep. Maybe I should set a bedtime for myself. I get up everyday at 5:30 ish, and I don't go to bed until 1 am or so. Bad idea...next to water, sleep is the most important thing you can do to be healthy. So I guess I will be adding 8 hours of sleep to my menu!
Speaking of my menu, I went to Mc Donalds this morning and had the same as yesterday, only no cereal before the trip, and a fruit and yogurt parfait to have for snack. It was awesome!

Whoo Hoo Day 2!
I know I'm late! I have good news and bad news. Bad news is I messed up today and by that I mean I ate breakfast, and ate breakfast again...oops! Good news, I lost 1 pound! O.o Yay, so stoked about it. I am extremely sleepy today, but I get off work at 2 and nap time it shall be! Now back to the error, not so bad of an error, but and error all the same. I ate a cup of Honey bunches of Oats w/Almonds and little over a half a cup of 2% milk at 7:30 am. I have to take the kids to the dentist, so while ther I began reading Oedipus Rex for my drama class and some Quality Assurance and Control stuff for Urinalysis. Basically I was side tracked and forgot that I had eaten. So I dropped the kids off at School and swung by McDonalds (9:15 am) on the way to work. Yes I can still eat McDonalds. The ideas is, you can eat just about anything, so long as its not fried in fatening oils and consumed in moderation.
Anyway I bought (read closely) a 32 oz cup of water (only $.50) and an egg mcmuffin, no butter (usually no cheese but not today).I took off the top half of the english muffin. I don't know about you, but I love my starches for dinner, and if I can only have one, there will be a problem. Nothing is wrong with eating the whole mcmuffin but th english muffin counts as two starches, as opposed to eating half and using 1/4 of the starches for the day. Mind you this puts me at a disadvantage for protein. So now I will make the decision to eat either protein for lunch or dinner. Well since it's Wednesday, they are offering potato bar for lunch at the campus diner, so no protein for lunchs it is! Also I think I will use my fat, by getting butter, and a condiment by using fat free sour cream....mmmmmm, that sounds simply marvelous. Also I think I will drink some of that wonderful Floridas Natural OJ, and buy a pear, seeing as how my snack was used by the Mickie D's trip. Ahh well, there are room for errors, but you must account for them.
So here is th breakdown for today then..... (also I think I may create a monthly calender and attach it as a photo so you will know what I am eating in advance) ....thats time consuming!

So I woke up this morning a little groggy, one might say on the wrong side of the bed. It's cloudy, rainy, and cold. Fine day to uplift my spirits and motivate me to begin, but as promised it has started. I weighed myself this morning as a start and welcomed myself to a nice 8 ounce cup of java. Wait did I say "Java" lol.....not likely, more like Florida's Natural OJ (not from concentrate). This is best since concentrated OJ is packed with sugar, and quite frankly the taste quality is much less than superb. I have a 20 ounce bottle of Aquafina to fulfill my 64 ounce minimun daily requirement. For breakfast I had 1 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios with a cup of 2% Milk. Yes skim milk would be healthier, but I have to go with flavor on some things. I think it is only fair that everyone know my plan so here goes.... Daily I will eat 3 servings of protien, 2 Dairy, 4 Starches, 4 Veggies, 4 fruits, 1 fat, 64 ounces of water, 3 condiments, and 1 tsp of mortons light salt. I will divide this into 5-6 meals a day. For snacks I will add Special K protein powder to a bottle of water, twice a day. Protien will help to keep me filling fuller, longer. Summing up the Day!

What Stars may come!!!
Ok, so today I have decided that I will take this adventure with my girl Nichole! Together we will embark on a journey to fitness, not just for weightloss, but a mission to be healthy. Follow us and comment on the things that take place. From this day forward you will know what I eat, the time, and the amount. Let's not forget I will make a full report on the amount of weight I lose on a daily basis. I know what you are going to say, why weigh yourself every single day? Well I believe that I will be more motivated, at first, to remain eating healthy if I can see whether I am losing weight or not. Maybe I am just impatient! Whatever the reason is, you will know all that I do. For the first 2 months I will NOT include much exercise. I want to see what I will lose just being me and changing my eating habits. I will weigh myself less as I adjust to my eating habits, simply because it will become second nature. If you think you are getting my starting weight, think again. I will let you know how much I have lost on a daily basis, once my goal size has been met, I will release the current weight information. You can calculate my original weight if it is important to you. My mini goals will be 25 lbs at a time! At every goal reached, I will add a new picture of me!
