Day 3 Yay...Noooooo!
I hopped on the scale today and to my surprise I had not lost anything. I surely feel lighter though. I am starting to second guess my choice to work out. All I seem to want to do is sleep. Maybe I should set a bedtime for myself. I get up everyday at 5:30 ish, and I don't go to bed until 1 am or so. Bad idea...next to water, sleep is the most important thing you can do to be healthy. So I guess I will be adding 8 hours of sleep to my menu!
Speaking of my menu, I went to Mc Donalds this morning and had the same as yesterday, only no cereal before the trip, and a fruit and yogurt parfait to have for snack. It was awesome!
