So I woke up this morning a little groggy, one might say on the wrong side of the bed. It's cloudy, rainy, and cold. Fine day to uplift my spirits and motivate me to begin, but as promised it has started. I weighed myself this morning as a start and welcomed myself to a nice 8 ounce cup of java. Wait did I say "Java" lol.....not likely, more like Florida's Natural OJ (not from concentrate). This is best since concentrated OJ is packed with sugar, and quite frankly the taste quality is much less than superb. I have a 20 ounce bottle of Aquafina to fulfill my 64 ounce minimun daily requirement. For breakfast I had 1 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios with a cup of 2% Milk. Yes skim milk would be healthier, but I have to go with flavor on some things. I think it is only fair that everyone know my plan so here goes.... Daily I will eat 3 servings of protien, 2 Dairy, 4 Starches, 4 Veggies, 4 fruits, 1 fat, 64 ounces of water, 3 condiments, and 1 tsp of mortons light salt. I will divide this into 5-6 meals a day. For snacks I will add Special K protein powder to a bottle of water, twice a day. Protien will help to keep me filling fuller, longer. Summing up the Day!

1 protein>>>> cereal with milk

Snack 10 am
1 serving of fruit

Lunch at Noon
Lean Cusine - 1 protien and 1 starch

Turkey Rotini
*1.5 cup of spinach rotini (I pick out all the green ones from a box of rainbow rotini)-3 Starches

*Low sodium marinara ( I only make my own marinara on the weekends so for now its store bought with higher sodium) - 2 Veggies
*8 ouces of ground Turkey Breast, seasoned with 1 tsp mortons light, dry herbs, garlic powder and fennel seed. -1 protien and mortons
